All sessions are about fifty minutes of work and include…

a proper warm-up and cool down focusing on different muscles of the body, teaching proper breathing, injury prevention, and movement mechanics to make sure we STAY healthy!

Though many of our members come five times per week, we only encourage beginners to choose 3 hours per week and ease in.

Take this on in baby steps (including nutrition!) and we can keep guiding you and course correcting you along the way.
